About Spartan’s First Hear2There Pilot Implementation Project

Spartan’s First is collaborating with a number of Spartan’s First/Hear2There partners to enable local venues across America to implement the Hear2There augmented reality and virtual signage system. We are also welcoming direct participation from public venues that discover this pilot project and wish to join by signing up on our website.

If you are a publicly accessible venue where individuals with visual impairments—or the general public—could benefit from virtual signage, we invite you to participate in our pilot implementation project. As part of this program, we are offering 30 months of free service, including the use of LoopTooth™ beacons that can be placed at key locations throughout your facility to provide accessible, useful information to your customers and guests.

How It Works: If you operate a small venue, simply complete the application form on this website. Once your application is approved, you can place an order using a partner discount code or the Spartan’s First discount code provided below. You’ll determine how many beacons you need, place your order directly through the tools on this website, and pay only for shipping and handling. We’ll ship the beacons to your location and provide phone support to help you with installation.

If you are a larger venue —such as a hospital, municipal building, stadium, or school—once you place your order, our team will contact you to help plan your installation and provide tailored support to ensure a successful deployment.

If you were introduced to the Spartan’s First/Hear2There pilot by one of our partners, they will have given you a discount code . Use this code when placing your order so the partner receives credit for your participation.

If you do not have a code from a partner, please use the following code: SPARTANSFIRST100 This will give you a 100% discount on the cost of the beacons and service, along with 30 months of free service as part of this pilot project.

Once your order is placed, our fulfillment center will process your request, add your venue to the active database, and ship your beacons. You’ll be contacted upon delivery to assist with completing the installation or scheduling support for large venues.
